Peak Season (Jun – Oct) Hours: Mon – Thurs: 8am – 8pm | Fri – Sat: 8am – 1am | Sun: 8am – 11pm
Shoulder Season (Nov – May) Hours: Mon & Thurs: 9am – 8pm | Fri & Sat: 9am – 12am | Sun: 10am – 6pm | Tuesday & Wednesday: CLOSED
Pickup / Drop-off: Any location in Estes Park / Drop-off in a 30-mile radius of Estes park.
Duration: Hourly wait will be charged at $1/minute if you need us to wait at your drop-off location for more than 5-minutes for quick round trip rides.
Vehicle: We provide transportation in our “Blubaru.” A 3-row Blue Subaru Ascent.
Price: In town rides starting at $5 per person with a $15 minimum. Additional charges may apply for further locations and late night hours.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel for any reason, please let us know at least 48-hours in advance from your booked time to receive a full refund. If we receive your cancellation after 48-hours of your booked time, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. If we receive your cancellation within 24-hours of your booked time, you will not receive a refund.
RMNP Trailhead Drop-off
Year Round – Limited Service in Peak Season
Peak Season (Jun – Oct) Hours: Mon – Sun: 8am & 4pm – 7pm. *RMNP reservation required. Contact us for Longs Peak transport after hours with at least 48-hours of notice.
Shoulder Season (Nov – May) Hours: Mon & Thurs: 9am – 8pm | Fri & Sat: 9am – 12am | Sun: 10am – 6pm | Tuesday & Wednesday: CLOSED
Pickup / Drop-off: Pickup at any location in Estes Park and drop-off at your preferred trailhead.
Duration: Hourly wait will be charged at $1/minute if there’s 4 hours or less between your drop-off and pickup time for roundtrip rides.
Vehicle: We provide transportation in our “Blubaru.” A 3-row Blue Subaru Ascent.
Permits: Your $30 entrance fee and $2 timed entry reservation are not included.

Spring Rocky Mountain Tour
March 1st – May 31st
Group Size: 1 – 5 people maximum. Private tours only, you will not be with another group.
Tour Times: 9am
Duration: 4 – 5 hours
Vehicle: We tour our Explorers in the “Blubaru.” A 3-row 2020 Blue Subaru Ascent.
Food & Drinks: Complimentary bottled water will be provided. Food will not be provided, be sure to pack a snack!
Permits: Explore Estes covers up to $15 per guest for National Park entry. Any remaining fees for non-US residents must be paid by the traveler at the park entrance. (International visitor fees – an additional $100 per passenger for a day pass or $250 total for an annual pass)
Equipment: Micro spikes and hiking poles will be used instead of snowshoes and are included for your tour to keep you safe while walking on icy surfaces. Hand warmers and ankle gaiters are also included to keep you warm & dry!
Investment: Adult – $165 | 12 & under- $115
*Please note that we have a 2-person minimum tour rate which applies to single passengers.

Duration: Half day, 5 – 6 hours
Vehicle: We tour our Explorers in the “Blubaru.” A 3-row 2020 Blue Subaru Ascent.
Food & Drinks: Complimentary bottled water will be provided. Food will not be provided, be sure to pack a sack lunch!
Permits: Explore Estes covers your timed entry permit and up to $15 per guest for National Park entry. Any remaining fees for non-US residents must be paid by the traveler at the park entrance. (International visitor fees – an additional $100 per passenger for a day pass or $250 total for an annual pass)
